Jai Odisha family strongly believes that anything that God has created, man should rever. Often, the transgender community is treated with disrespect and disdain. They are often marginalized. Parichay is a humble effort to mainstream the community and treat them with respect.

Our work with LGBTQ+ communities is mainly towards increasing their respect that they command from others. We try to increase their confidence and also sensitize people to treat them with respect and not scorn.

Race, gender, religion, sexuality, we are all people and that's it. We're all people. We're all equal.

We work to improve the health and economic conditions of the transgender community. By connecting them various government beneficiary schemes, we try to mainstream them so that they can work together with others, in nation building.
